Corporate adventure days and team building activities

We provide companies with professional guides for corporate team building activities in the Lake District. We will lead you and your team on on an exhilarating adventure day in the mountains of the Lake District, Wales or Scotland. All our guides are appropriately experienced and qualified to meet with your insurance requirements.

Test your team’s nerve by abseiling down a 160ft vertical rock face, take them rock climbing or scrambling, or get wet and take the direct line up a mountain ghyll by taking them canyoning or gorge scrambling (aka ghyll scrambling) for the day. We can combine these team building activities in to a multi-activity day if you want to experience more than one activity.

If required, we can work with you to relate our decision making during the day to development areas such as team building principles, planning, the management of risk and dealing with issues and challenges as they arise.

We did Gyll Scrambling, brilliant activity to do while visiting the lakes Kids aged 9&10, they love the outdoors and are fearless so they got stuck straight in and we all had a brilliant afternoon together Highly recommend if looking for something a little different to do

My 10 year old son and I did the ghyll scramble at Coniston with Mark yesterday… what an amazing experience… we both loved it, great bonding time, we did climbing techniques, slid down waterfalls, jumped into plunge pools, floated around and scrambled… I chose to wear my waterproof Hokas with foam soles … they were amazing buoyancy aids :-) which made putting my feet down a little tricky… but I could float like an otter very easily! Excellent knowledge from mark and great encouragement throughout, we felt safe and challenged throughout!
